| ورقة بحثية حول مدى جدوى إنشاء الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد - أيّار 2011 | أعدت هذه الدراسة في إطار مشروع ” قياس جهود مكافحة الفساد وبناء الطلب على أنظمة النزاهة الوطنية في مصر والعالم العربيّ ” الذي طورته منظمة الشفافية الدولية. وكان لبنان من الدول المؤسسة للمشروع منذ تشرين الاول/ أكتوبر 2007. تهدف الدراسة هذه إلى توثيق مادة مدافعة Advocacy tool من شأنها أن توفّر للعاملين في الحقل العام- من أكاديميين وحقوقيين وسياسيين وخبراء في الادارة وناشطين – إطاراً علمياً وتقنياً يمكنهم من فهم معمق لاليات إنشاء هيئة مكافحة الفساد بعد وضعها في إطار الواقع اللبنانيّ. إرتكزت الدراسة على مزيج بين البحث المكتبيّ Desk Research والبحث الميداني Field Research، حيث تمّ اللجوء في كثيرٍ من الاحيان لاجراء مقابلات مع ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص وذلك للاطّلاع على آرائهم فيما خصّ جدوى إنشاء هيئة وطنية لمكافحة الفساد National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC)في الوقت الراهن.
